The dining experience at this place was enjoyable, and the dishes were fantastic.

The hotel was in a peaceful location, near a large park. The private parking was outside the venue, good service.

Our room was tidy, well furnished and equipped with air-con, comfy bed, window open. Ideal and nice location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

We had an absolute blast exploring the nearby department stores, especially the Alsterhaus. It was like shopping heaven! And there were so many cool small shops with unique stuff. The hotel was also perfect for active teens like us because there was a jogging path right outside. We felt like fitness pros as we sprinted our hearts out. Plus, the water park nearby was insane. We turned into water warriors and conquered the slides like absolute champs. It was the ultimate swimming paradise!

The only thing we wish was better for young party animals like us is if there was a happening nightclub or a cool bar in the hotel. It would have been awesome to dance the night away and have some wild fun without having to venture too far from our comfy rooms.

Large rooms and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The selection at the breakfast buffet is great.

Convenient Transport Links: The hotel's location has excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the vibrant attractions of Hamburg. It felt like having a personal chauffeur, whisking me around the city effortlessly.

Parking Information: The hotel could have provided clearer information about the parking options. The basement parking had limited height allowance, and there was a fee per night.

From the check in to the room service up to the taxi call, it was dealt with all wishes. Breakfast was sufficient. We felt very comfortable.

Too bad that the breakfast had to be paid extra and was not included in the room price.
